Workshop Coordinator

Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering for this position.

This is a position that can begin as early as March. The majority of the work is done in June and July, with some time spent coordinating the workshop schedule at the festival. This position can qualify for a staff discount.

Reports to Program Core Committe Member
Main Duties
- Supports workshop leaders by answering questions, and lending expertise.
- Responsible for preparing the workshop descriptions for the printed program.
- Responsible for scheduling the workshops at the festival.
- Production of the onsite and printed schedule of workshops and locations.
- Coordinates with the Webmistress and the Program Publisher.
- Recommended to have a computer, either MAC or PC which can be used to more easily complete various tasks.
- Access to email is required
