Registration coordinator (at festival)
Please contact us for more information about these positions.
- Registration begins Thursday morning - needs to arrive in time to make sure the table is set up and may need to be the first person to accept registrants.
- Closes down the Registration table on Friday evening with the assistance of the Pre-festival Registration Coordinator.
- Oversees all registration volunteers. Makes sure that all community volunteers are properly trained in how to do the registration job.
- Understands the policies for on-site festival registration and makes sure that all table volunteers know the policies.
- Makes sure that women who volunteer show up for and stay to the end of their shifts.
- May need to accept cash. Will be responsible for seeing this money is receipted and get the money to the festival bookkeeper or a second designated core member.
