Registration (pre-festival)

• This position can be divided into two positions - it could be done by one person, but is easier if done by a team of two.
  
  Registration coordinator
  • Oversees the database management and coordinates with onsite registration table coordinator at the festival
  • Coordinates with the bookkeeper regarding registration fees and discounts.
  • Fields phone calls and registration forms when problems or questions arise.
  • Coordinates between banking, bookeeping, and staffing, keeping in touch with the Core Committee.
  • Works with Database manager and appropriate Core member to set Cabin assignments at the festival.

• Registration Database manager
  • Manage the existing database (FileMaker Pro), making sure that contact information is up to date for current year festival attendees.
  • Needs to own a Mac or PC computer to accomplish this position.
  • Enters the registration information into the database.
  • Deals with checks and payments and keeps a file of all copies of the checks and registration forms.
  • Notifies the Registration coordinator when there is a fee discrepancy or other question.
  • Works with other festival coordinators to give them needed information from the database.
