Database Manager

Registration & Membership Database Manager
  • Manages the existing database (FileMaker Pro), making sure that contact information is up to date for current year festival attendees.
  • Needs to own a Mac or PC computer to accomplish this position.
  • Enters the registration information into the database.
  • Works with the Bookkeeper to use standard bookkeeping practice regarding receipt of registration forms, checks and membership payments and keeps a file of all copies of the checks and registration forms.
  • Notifies the Registration coordinator when there is a fee discrepancy or other question.
  • Works with other festival coordinators to give them needed information from the database.
  • Tracks Membership and performs duties regarding membership renewals.
  • Manages the snail mail list and provides mailing labels for festival mailings
  • Prints out needed forms for on-site registration table
  • Prints out annual list of festival attendees
Some years this position is combined with the Registration Coordinator or with the Bookkeeper position.
