Community Service Volunteer Coordinator

• With the help of the database manager, shortly before the festival, figures out how many hours of volunteer service will be available. Depends on the number of attendees
• In conjunction with the core committee decided the schedule for the Community Service shifts. The core committee may be able to provide the shifts available from previous year's festival.
• At festival tries to see that shifts needed are filled. During registration keeps an eye on the sign up sheets, then takes charge of them and places them in a aprominent place in the dining hall, so that they can be referred to when needed.
• Works to ensure that all women who volunteer show up for and stay to the end of their shifts.
