Building Better Biggish Workshops
Public rituals that are spirituality honest, emotionally satisfying and magically effective happen by design. This is a two part workshop for ritual planners and leaders, focusing on Wiccan style magical rituals for groups of twenty or more. Part one will be mostly theory. Part two deals with applications and performance. Either part may be taken by itself. Some previous experience helping plan and lead group rituals in a Wiccan format is necessary to take full advantage of the content.

Fun with Collage
Play around with pretty bits of paper, create a deeply meaningful picture of your hopes and dreams, or anywhere in between! We will provide plenty of pictures, plus backing paper and glue sticks; some scissors will be available, but it would helpful for participants to bring their own if they have them. Also bring special images or pictures to use, if you wish. Suggestions for themes will be provided, but what you make is up to you.

Tarot for Self-Discovery
Explore the Tarot symbols in a new depth - by becoming part of the tarot deck! Through private and shared visualization, we'll learn how to tell ourselves stories with the Tarort, and we'll speak woith and then become the symbols that mean the most to us. There'll be opporunities for writing, art, and sharing. Basic faimiliarity with the Tarot is recommended but not required. Bring a notebook/something to write on and with, and your deck if you have one. If you don't 'loaners' will be available. If you've taken the class before, come again and explore different cards!

Be a part of one of the newer EWF traditions! Join the Not Read For Sublime Time Players as we create a humorous skit based on a mylth, lengend or ... or just made up put of nowhere. This skit will be performed by workshop participants at the Performing Arts Show on Friday night. No experience or talent needed. Bring paper and pencil/pen and your story ideas.

Usui Reiki I (First Degree) & Usui Reiki II (Second Degree)
The Reiki I class requires a substantial time commitment of approximately 6-7 hours on Friday during the festival. This workshop is open to the first six (6) students who registered in advance. Fri. am session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon). The pm session will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Times are approx. Both classes are limited to six (6) students. Reiki II enrollment priority will be given to students who complete my Reiki I workshop at the festival and wish to take the Reiki II class on Sat. If openings become available due to the fact that not all my Reiki students decide to take the Second Degree class, I will make that announcement at the festival. Usui Reiki II (Second Degree)- Prerequisite: Reiki I training and attunement. The Reiki II workshop is approx. 3.5 hours on Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon). I ask Reiki I and II students to make a modest donation of $40.00 to the Elderflower Scholarship Fund, as an "energy ex-change," payable at the festival on the day of class. Note: At Elderflower there is no additional fee required of students who take my Reiki I workshop and then enroll in the Reiki II class the following morning.

Bringing Forth the Presnce of a Beloved Ancestor
This group is to honor someone in our faily who came before us and whose strength led to our being. We will tell stories and share items and memories.
There will be an altar set up at the Grandmother Tree. You may leave your special keepsakes there if you wish, you do not have to come to the sharing group in order to put something on our altar. We will bring forth their presence at Elderflower.

If you are new to shamanic work, you can focus goal on finding power animal, your helping animal spirit, and familiarize yourself with the landscape of the Lower world of non-ordinary reality. Form a clay figurine for Health and Abundance
We will use low-fire clay to form a figure that represents the empowerment of health, healing, and abundance. We will be carefully placing these figures into the fire with the help of the fire-keeper to allow our sacred fire at the center of our Main ritual circle to imbue them with our intention to attract health and abundance into our lives, our families and communities, our societies, our entire world, and the sacred ground of mother earth who sustains us.

"Crafty" Time Workshop
Come play and be "crafty." This is a time for the girls and "inner" girls of Elderflower to come be crafty in the woods. Allow yourself to let that part of you flow expressively and see what she has to share with you. The less talent or ability you think you have the better! We will draw, color, glue and paint what that little girl self and goddess within directs us toward.

After our collective writing session, those who want to can share what they have written. After some polishing, these words can be presented at our talent show. No pressure: just flow with the flow.
